NOTES:

1. Elongation of film should not exceed 2% during the production process, or the ALOx layer may crack then affect the barriers.

2. Temperature should not be too high (generally below280℃) and the thickness should not excess 15μm during extrusion lamination, or the ALOx layer may crack then effect the barriers.

3. When using models without coated layer, the roll shaft which contact with the ALOx layer should be clean and smooth, or the layer may damage then affect the barriers. Please minimize the roller contact.

4. The appropriate adhesive should be used when laminating, or may affect the peeling strength. Soft adhesives facilitate the peeling strength.
